Weddings
are personalised to your requirements. We can provide
many different catering options for your special wedding day. Please note
we have a very particular interest in the execution of
the perfect wedding. We have completed
over 200 weddings in the past two wedding seasons 2004
and 2005 that have been conducted and carried out to the
total satisfaction of our valued clients.

We have taken bookings in 2006 and
2007 already as a result of recommendations by previous
clients and guests.
We are fortunate to have Stuart
Anderson and Tracy Watts who joined us in the summer of
2005. Stuart formerly the head chef at the
Frensham
Pond Hotel and Tracy from the
Black
Fox Inn. Stuart is preparing and creating delicious
food regularly for guest numbers in excess of 100 and
Tracy is creating the same professional standard that
our customers have grown to expect.
Both Stuart and Tracy are able to
take care of special catering requests and are currently
working in the Corporate and Celebrity side of the
business during the low season and will be back with Sue
and I wedding during the season of 2006.
We are looking forward to offering
some exciting new menu options for the more formal
weddings, which are outstanding.
Natalija has joined our family run
business and is programming Php and MySQL so that we can
provide accurate online quoting the many clients
requesting catering quotes.
Either Sue or I (Peter Stuart), or
both carry out site visits in order to meet clients and
run over day's events.
Sue Smith and Peter Stuart have
worked together for 26 years so we know the ropes !
