for our Son's Wedding and we could not fault their

wedding day the success it was. You were all wonderful,
and the hog roast was more than perfect and several
people have asked for your details including the owner
of the venue, which as you know is only allowed to be
hired out in August. The rest of the time it is strictly
private but he hosts many events there for family and
friends. He said he had never tasted such a wonderful
roast and that your staff were all so friendly and

service, unfortunately both Debbie and I were so busy
ensuring our guests had a good time that we actually
forgot to eat any of the food ourselves! So much for an
informal wedding. However I have been reassured to
receive several compliments from guests, who all
commented on the quality of the catering. I would like

guests - Secret Location
This event was a Blue Chip Corporate client
launching a new product. We provided Teak Furniture,
heating, main course, desserts, drinks and other
services to the International Press, our principles and
their employees. This was a secret location in
the South of England where our guests were ambushed by
Special Armed Services in a volley of machine gun fire,
grenade and rocket attacks. Whilst under attack, guests
were rescued by trained drivers in fleet of the new
4 x 4 Mercedes-Benz M-Class off road vehicles and
taken to a place of safety for a drink and some food !
Dear Peter, I have had a lot of feedback from our guests
who all thought that the food and the service you
provided was well balanced for the location and
activities during the week particularly the teak
furniture with the table heaters. Please thank all your
staff....and we hope to be seeing you soon at the next
