Please note we do not use anything
but the best meat produce available to us, i.e. our sausage
meat is sourced by the pallet from Edwards
of Conwy in Wales These are undoubtedly the best sausages
and have won many meat Awards. 100% Scotch Beef Steak Burgers
(and they are 100%) are shipped in by the pallet for our own
clients and other catering Companies.
We also have a hire fleet of
Cinders, and Buffalo stainless steel Barbecues and spit
roasting machines available
for hire.
Several clients have hired CE approved
equipment for outside events ranging from 100 to 1,500 guests.
Several Cinders Caterer BBQ above, Hog and Lamb roasting machines
were supplied by us to feed 950 guests at the Top Shop - Topman
2004 conference in London.
If you have a large quantity of people to feed, you can book
either DIY or with chef to cook, in advance and have it delivered.
Above are the lasted Cinders Caterer BBQ which is 6 feet long
and ideal for large events that require a perfectly balanced
machine. |
